Timestamp Converter
Convert Unix timestamps and date time
Timestamp Converter
Parses numbers by selected unit (seconds/milliseconds), converts date text to timestamps, and outputs local/UTC/ISO formats.
Usage
Choose Timestamp or Date time under Input mode. Timestamp mode accepts pasted numbers, detects seconds or milliseconds automatically, and also lets you choose either unit explicitly. Date-time mode lets you type, paste or choose a browser-local date and time. Results include local, UTC, ISO, seconds, milliseconds and weekday values.
FAQ
- 1.
How does Auto distinguish seconds from milliseconds?
In Timestamp mode, common 13-digit values are treated as milliseconds and shorter Unix values as seconds. Choose an explicit unit when uncertain.
- 2.
Which time zone does Date time mode use?
The date-time picker is interpreted in the browser local time zone and outputs local, UTC and ISO values. A zone-less input is not assumed to be UTC.
